The forum was created with the aim of enhancing, grooming, and bringing forward the next generation of mentors and leaders of industry [This is with an intended five (5) year turnover rate].
The five (5) year turnover rate is the time period in which; we intend for each individual to have moved to the next major milestone of their career or business
